Responsible for providing technical governance & thought leadership on tier one large complex deals at both the pre-sales stage & during delivery. Act as a lead & mentor in the Global Competency Center team to accelerate our field delivery teams time to value by building delivery consistency, skills & expertise across our Program Manager, Architect, & Consultant resources. Working with the field to both create & harvest IP to improve delivery excellence on future delivery engagements. Vast experience on supporting project recovery, developing in go-to-green plans & their execution. Accountable for the incubation of several new & emerging technology areas, building skills & capabilities into delivery. Acting as Product Manager, leading the incubation of offerings focused on Mainframe transformation to Azure, Azure Landing Zone, Azure Advanced Networking & Virtual Desktop, working with ISV and GSI partners to close solution gaps between Microsoft Azure products & our Service offerings. Responsible for delivering high quality architectural solutions and business outcomes based on the Microsoft Platform in new technology areas not yet widely adopted and/or developed in the field. Demonstrating Deep knowledge of the Domain Solutions and offerings across the entire lifecycle, together with a critical focus on opportunity management, coaching and mentoring to drive transformational results, build scalable capabilities and enable business strategy realization for Microsoft Enterprise Services.
