Conrad Palmer is a 2024 graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in French. He currently works as a Paraeducator at Wildwood Elementary School, supporting 5th grade students, and as a rowing coach and lead social media coordinator for Oakland Strokes, where he drives engagement and visibility for the program.Based in the Bay Area, Conrad is training at an elite level with the goal of competing for the U.S. National Team and representing the United States at the LA 2028 Olympics. He is eager to leverage his background in psychology, education, and athletics to build a career in media, broadcasting, and communications.

Engaged with the coaching staff and parent committees to ensure messaging was aligned, reflected the team’s priorities, and coordinated with external photographers or videographers when additional support was needed.
