Conrad is a Partner with Simon-Kucher & Partners, serves as Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Digital in Berlin. Conrad has more than 15 years of experience spanning a range of business strategies and industries, passionately making digital transformation happen for his clients and delivering tangible outcomes in more than 200 projects. Prior to joining Simon-Kucher in 2020, Conrad worked as a Principal at A.T. Kearney, helping clients to drive their growth, performance and change agenda by achieving excellence in (digital) customer experience. This included transforming their operating model, changing organizations and their culture, building up the right capabilities to unleash the vast potential of technology, and full digitalization. He was also Director of Strategy & Intelligence at Freeletics and member of the executive leadership team.At Simon-Kucher, as Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for driving the strategic scaling and management of Simon-Kucher’s central functions to empower global teams in delivering exceptional services to our clients. He leads core functions including Global IT, Consulting Operations, Marketing, Data & AI, and Utilization to ensure operational excellence and sustained growth across our global footprint.For his consulting clients, Conrad works on digital sales and marketing transformation, customer value and experience management, new digital business models, digital pricing and commercial operational excellence.
