Work within and as part of the Email Development Team- Manage and Lead a small team of email developers, oversee their day-to-day duties, and supporting them to grow within the company and help them achieve their goals- Develop bespoke, innovative and accessible email marketing/CRM campaigns, including templates, modules, applications and newsletters using Front End HTML and CSS technologies- Develop, Code and Test HTML Emails to be compatible with Desktop, Webmail and Mobile email clients/devices, using testing tools such as Email on Acid/Litmus and live devices, including accessibility compatibility with keyboard and screen reader technology- Attend daily stand up meetings within the team, as well as all relevant internal and external meetings- Work closely with colleagues and other members of the team, including (Senior) Developers, Project Managers, Account Managers, Designers, Copywriters and QA Testers- Follow processes closely, ensure all HTML Emails developed and delivered are of high quality and meet the needs for all our clients.In addition to main duties, occasionally- Develop Front End Landing Pages using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript technologies- Research and Developing into finding/creating new innovations, applications and techniques that will be beneficial and useful for the wider email team.
