About Conrad Bradford

I am currently enrolled as a full-time student for Brigham Young University studying information systems with a minor in psychology. I am passionate about understanding how people function within IS and ITSM. My goal is to earn a PhD in Management Information Systems with interests in ITIL/ITSM, technology/AI ethics, and moral psychology. I work as a teaching assistant for the Public Service and Ethics Department at the BYU Marriott School of Business in the Ethics for Management Course. I am currently co-authoring a research paper focused on moral character development within organizations. I also work part-time as an IT Operations Liaison Manager at BYU Office of Information Technology. I began as an entry-level IT Support Operator/Analyst in the call center, but advanced quickly after resolving technical support calls and working on incidents. Now, I lead a team that handles operational alignment with 15 business portfolios in our organization over key processes such as disaster recovery, incident management, operational readiness, and monitoring consultation for 100+ critical applications.
