Over the past two decades—with deep roots in Haiti and recent work in Massachusetts—I’ve built scalable, values-centered nonprofit systems that deliver care under challenging conditions.As President & CEO of Health Equity International, I transformed a rural hospital into southern Haiti’s leading nonprofit healthcare network—overseeing expansion of critical services like a 24/7 ER, NICU, spinal cord rehab, and surgical capacity.
