With an interesting background in San Francisco real estate development, photography, athletics, sculpture, and car restoration, Conor brings an engaging perspective to every client interaction. He prides himself on always staying up to date on the latest technological trends and micro-market conditions, as well as being available to his clients whenever and whatever their needs.Conor\'s keen eye for photography, interior design, and architecture comes to the forefront when he represents homes. Believing that every home tells a story, he is especially skilled at telling that tale through visual marketing. Conor is particularly passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and loves sharing the myriad of benefits of owning a home as a long-term investment with his clients. Additionally, as an avid sailor and sailboat owner, Conor is well-equipped to offer knowledge on the intricacies of living close to the water.During his time at Lakeside Highschool and the University of Washington, Conor rowed stroke on the schools’ rowing teams, earning a National Championship his freshman year at UW. A lifelong athlete, he now enjoys the endless miles of trail running Bainbridge Island offers. After graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from UW, Conor went to work in real estate acquisition and property management in San Francisco before returning to Seattle where he pursued a successful professional photography career and gained an impressive following on social media. In 2018, Conor decided to return to Bainbridge Island, where he has formed his ‘home base’ and re-established his real estate career.
