ABOUT CONOR MACDONALD
I am interested in land use law, climate and environmental justice, fiduciary law, and high-skilled U.S. immigration. In November \'23, I will be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, after passing the Massachusetts Bar Exam, and am eligible to transfer to any state bar that accepts the Universal Bar Exam. Currently, I support land use litigation in Rhode Island at D\'Ovidio Law, primarily through research and drafting. Additionally, I am a Law Clerk and a Legal Researcher at Bank of Nature, a global organization that promotes environmental and social justice. My academic work focused on urban justice issues, such as American urban development, civil and Native rights, housing, and land use. This work began in the Public Humanities MA program at Brown University, and continued at Roger Williams University School of Law.
