I\'m skilled at creating learning & development experiences that make a real impact for people and organizations.At FanDuel, I focus on manager development, designing and delivering programs that help leaders grow and lead with confidence. I’ve launched initiatives like the FanDuel Leadership Academy and built scalable resources like Manager Essentials workshops, New Manager Orientation, and the internal Manager Corner hub that houses tools managers need to succeed. I\'m currently beta testing a Manager Essentials AI assistant. Previously at Justworks, I created the first manager development program, redesigned onboarding, and introduced wellness initiatives that supported over 1,200 employees in a hybrid world.I’m DiSC certified and ATD coaching certified, and a big believer in continuous learning.
