Working collaboratively across international territories and Divisions, for the world’s second largest gambling company. Creating a master ERG brand and four new, co-divisional and co-located ERGs. Recruiting co-chairs and sponsors; creating a bespoke co-chair development coaching programme and learning journey, as well as overall ERG strategy. Managing 9 network co-chairs and supporting over colleagues across those networks. Assessing each stage of end-to-end recruitment process through an I&D lens, and working closely with TA on the development of their inclusive hiring strategy, through listening sessions and design thinking workshops.Creating campaigns and events to mark Pride, IWD, IMD, BHM, GAAD and MHAW; launching pronoun badges across offices. Establishing a partnership with Carer\'s UK to influence the organisation to understand and support our population of working carersAnalysing Workday Peakon people data; creating packs for senior leaders to inform future strategy. Reviewing People Policies and creating proposals to further improve Women’s Health & Wellbeing as well as Family Policies. Leading on Gender Pay Gap Reporting for Flutter UKI for both UK Gender Pay Gap and Ireland Gender Pap.Working with external Wellbeing Strategists to devise a new Wellbeing Strategy. Project managing wellbeing workstream, allocating resources and co-facilitating workshops.Enrolling Flutter UKI in external I&D benchmarking, such as All In Diversity Report and Tech Talent Charter.With the team, conducting over 100 listening sessions with colleagues for the development of a new I&D Strategy.
