Delegating responsibilities and supervising tasks for the company to follow great standards at the required deadlines.• Full range of ground working duties including operating various machinery & power tools.• Sole responsibility for quality assurance of materials & machinery providing effective work.• Review and analyse project architectural & engineering drawings to follow guidelines.• Responsible for the purchase of materials, plant & tools adhering to budgets.• Liaise with client representatives and other stakeholders improving company\'s relationships and reputation for future collaboration.• Organisation of subcontracted workers prior & during their visits to the sites• Used to working by constantly adhering to Health & Safety regulations. • Proactive at communicating new ideas that might effectively impact company\'s deliver and earnings.• Collaboratively working with other colleagues and trades on site• Completion of weekly maintenance, compliance & other checks using Re-flow• In charge of timesheet management and submission
