As a Product Owner in the Second Charge Mortgage Lending sector, I have helped deliver a market-leading, customer-focused solution.I lead an agile team of 10 within a larger ART of around 30, with responsibilities that include:Gathering Requirements: I run discovery and product design sessions, translating them into acceptance criteria for features and user stories. These cover the full customer journey, from onboarding to repayment.Solution Design: I develop solutions using Salesforce FSC, DXP, Mulesoft API, and other SaaS tools, ensuring they align with customer needs.Prioritization Management: I maintain a prioritised backlog of user stories, bugs, and feedback to deliver value to users early and often.Communication & Stakeholder Management: I work with two agile teams to address blockers, manage dependencies, and communicate priorities and releases to stakeholders.In this role, I feel I\'ve grown because I focus on high-impact features, stay aware of industry trends, and prioritize changes based on value, driving improvements that transform processes and enhance customer experience in second charge lending.
