My Role- Hiring, training and managing a senior Account Exec and Recruitment team- Establishing System Soft Technologies as a strategic IT partner and identifying new avenues to partner, implement and deliver within the account (focusing on staff augmentation, enterprise solutions, SOW and consulting engagements)- Leverage market intelligence to support strategic business decisions on feature development of existing and new data analytics solutions - Develop partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at accelerating the company’s growth - Prepare sales reports showcasing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion - P&L Ownership & Management of Budgets and Growth Lines for all of Canada - Experience selling into MSP’s, Procurement and/or VP/C – level stakeholders- Experience navigating complex org charts and relationships to identify and influence key stakeholders- Experience selling Enterprise contract staffing solutions, account development and/or account management- Experience as an accomplished process facilitator (ex: client/candidate engagement, valuable advisory work, expert communication skills, strong follow through, excellent negotiation and closure skills)- Experience or strong knowledge of various Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
