The 501(c)(3) organization is dedicated to its mission of enhancing the lives young males through mentorship, emotional support, development of life skills, exposure to constructive experiences and formation of positive, lasting peer-to-peer relationships.• Led a transportation system serving over rides annually and 100+ flights facilitating New Orleans’ youth programming.• Managed 5+ driver team, created transportation policies, and oversaw fleet & insurance compliance.• Executed capital projects: forecasting, accounting, and reconciliation.• Designed and launched outdoor education partnerships and permaculture initiatives.• Developed cross-functional presentations to donors, staff, and board leadership.
