ABOUT CONOR D. OHARE

Conor has practiced law in Toronto for over 30 years and has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, as well as in a variety of Administrative Tribunals including: the Ontario Labour Relations Board; Ontario Securities Commission; HRDC Board of Referees; Mining and Lands Commission; Ontario Milk Marketing Board; Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario, Discipline Committee and the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board, Appeal Division. As corporate counsel, Conor has provided a myriad of services to clients, including incorporation and organization; amalgamations and dissolutions; commercial agreements; shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements; and both asset and share purchase and sale transactions.
