As a Client Success Manager at Rev.io, a leading software company for billing and revenue management, I work directly with clients to find and implement solutions that meet their needs and goals. I use SQL daily to manage data and create reports, and I assist and train clients to be experts of the UI. I also manage strategic support for multiple Enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Kent State University in 2019, where I learned the fundamentals of business management, innovation, and problem-solving. Before joining Rev.io, I worked as a Project Manager at Framm Enterprises LLC, a construction company, where I was responsible for overseeing projects, working with contractors, and maintaining outstanding client satisfaction. I enjoy working in industries where I can apply my entrepreneurial skills and deliver great service to customers.
