5050 Women on Boards is the leading education and advocacy campaign driving the movement toward accelerating diversity and gender balance on corporate boards of directors. During the pandemic, I increased the number of corporate sponsorships for our Las Vegas event 600% while honing my ability to analyze factors that contribute to situations, make recommendations and implement resolutions in illustration of my proven ability to produce positive results. This role also required me to recruit and lead regular meetings with volunteer VIP Panelists, Director Coaches, Planning Team Members and Leadership Team Members to produce this fundraising event.
