I am currently working as an Account Manager looking after Local Authority and Utility Company key accounts. The role includes: 1. Developing account-specific strategy to grow revenue and profitability using P&L models. Developing relationships with key stakeholders 3. Maintaining a full understanding of customer needs, priorities, and prospects 4. Developing account portfolio management plans 5. Identifying new opportunities for growth 6. Overseeing customer satisfaction with products or services delivered by the company 7. Ensuring that orders are accurately forecasted, delivered, invoiced, and collected on time to meet agreed-upon targets/ KPIs 8. Working with the compliance team to develop and submit health and safety training material and carbon reports. Working with transport and operations teams to ensure the needs of key stakeholders are met. To cover a tertiary area from the Scottish Borders to the Highlands and Islands.
