About Connor Westerheide
I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder, where I studied Finance and Accounting at the Leeds School of Business. After four great years out west, I returned to my hometown of Columbus, Ohio, where I maintain an active lifestyle and continue to pursue my interests in finance, real estate, and building meaningful professional relationships. I joined Borror in 2021 as a Financial Analyst, focusing on mixed-use apartment cash flows, capital stack structuring, and refinance and disposition analysis. As I progressed into a Senior Financial Analyst role, I expanded my experience to include development pro formas, public finance structuring, construction loan tracking, job cost accounting, and mixed-use PUD projects. Currently, as Vice President of Capital Management and Development, I oversee the execution of active development projects, help structure future pipeline opportunities, and develop strategies for both internal and external capital deployment.
