At Granite United Way, I will be leading strategic initiatives that advance financial stability, expand access to affordable housing, and prevent homelessness across New Hampshire and Windsor County, Vermont. In partnership with the Assistant Director of Housing & Financial Stability, I will oversee a portfolio of high-impact programs including KeyConnect NH, Mission Zero Landlord Incentives, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. We will be working to drive effective, quality improvement of these programs through data-informed strategy, strong leadership, and intentional collaboration. My role also includes securing and stewarding funding through grants and resource development; aligning efforts across Granite United Way initiatives; and contributing to policy and advocacy efforts that advance long-term well-being of communities. In addition to programmatic oversight, my focus will be on convening communities and facilitating the development of strong relationships across the continuum of care: landlords and tenant advocates; government agencies, funders, and receiving nonprofits; direct service providers and supporting community partners; developers and local governments; municipal, county, and state leadership— the people affected by housing & financial instability and those seeking to improve the systems of care serving them.

Hi! I\'m Connor, a data-minded social professional committed to building community-based systems where relationships drive real and lasting change. For over seven years, I\'ve worked to expand housing access and support services for individuals experiencing homelessness across New Hampshire. My frontline experience provides a unique perspective on how systemic changes and policies directly impact service provision, informed by in an insider\'s understanding of major social service systems in our state. My leadership style is rooted in building genuine connections with people and communities; creating opportunities to strengthen natural skillsets; and leveraging existing expertise within groups. I thrive in spaces that allow me to create compelling, data-driven narratives and share them with others to develop realistic, collaborative solutions tailored to community needs. I am currently pursuing both my BSW and MSW at the University of New Hampshire through an accelerated master\'s dual-enrollment program, furthering my commitment to understanding the interplay of community and self, developing the tools necessary to provide compassionate care at all levels.
