I assist in the operations from meeting for 6, an event for 550, to a festival for at the Crowne Plaza in Stratford-upon-Avon. Events can be held for anything from a work event to a wedding. I strive to provide outstanding and efficient customer service whilst being personable to all customers.On occasion, I volunteer myself to work across the hotel, for instance, helping reception with portering when a tour bus arrives, working the bar during an event, to helping out cleaning dishes during a busy dinner.Working at the Crowne Plaza has been an enjoyable and challenging role, allowing me to develop my skills, from my flexibility to my confidence.
