   Promoted to Manager of IT Engineering to lead a team of distributed employees responsible for the company’s suite of core, enterprise software-as-a-service, custom automatons, applications, and integrations, Windows and Mac endpoints, and conference room hardware- Improved the team’s project management process by adding sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions while aligning projects and key results to company-wide objectives- Participated in a company-wide, multi-quarter initiative to consolidate and simplify the technology stack. Throughout this initiative, I led my team through consolidating dozens of discrete SaaS tools into platforms like Google, Okta, and Zoom. This saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars annually- Led a multi-quarter project to refresh conference rooms with enterprise-grade hardware, device management and remote support capabilities, and failover functionality. This eliminated frequent conference room downtime and simplified support for the on-site team- Collaborated with teams across the organization to identify areas of improvement, scope projects, and allocate resources accordingly- Managed all aspects of vendor relationships, including price negotiation, onboarding, contract renewal, and termination.
