Senior Malware Security Researcher @Glasswall

I am currently employed as a Senior Malware Security Researcher as part of the core operations team of Glasswall Solutions. I am responsible for researching new methods for detection and refinement utilising their patented CDR technology for delivery stage kill chain detection.\\\\n\\\\nDrawing on my experience as a front line Threat Hunter in order to understand the requirements of MSSP and internal SOC teams, I am directly assisting in facilitating additional security related capabilities via related research projects. These projects range from internal enhancement projects based on detection models and the refinement of efficacy in end user results as well as expanding the detection definition for various file types based on their potential risk relative to exploitation or manipulation by malicious actors.\\\\n\\\\nThese research projects involve the assessment of extremely large data sets; analysis of malicious samples for currently monitored file types; expansion and analysis of malicious capabilities in new or custom/proprietary file types; the examination of file type vulnerabilities in association with known parsing/rendering programs.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
