About Connor McCalley

Connor is a finance transformation consultant with nearly 11 years of applicable industry experience working with some of the worlds largest organizations across manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare. He is a finance and accounting operationally minded individual helping organizations enable modern technologies to solve modern problems. Working in Workday implementations and large-scale transformation projects, he has delivered excellence and results across complex projects. He is a connector - working with key stakeholders to drive alignment, document and understand processes and requirements, and translating those into functional system requirements, all while assisting organizations design, test, and validate Workday solutions. Connor has supported large (multi-billion+) health systems implement Workday Finance modules, with particular focus on FDM architecture, legacy-to-Workday GL conversion and validation, finance integrations, and FINs data conversion & cutover planning. Additionally, Connor has extensive experience in SOX compliance, internal controls design and consulting, compliance risk management, business process consulting, risk assessments, and other business and controls related consulting. Connor has focused on a variety of industries with particular focus in manufacturing and healthcare. Before joining Protiviti, Connor attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and graduated from the Farmer School of Business magna cum laude with a BS in Finance.
