ABOUT CONNOR QUIGLEY
Connor Quigley is a Vice President on M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Debt & Structured Finance team, where he leads execution and supports the sizing and structuring of multifamily debt transactions across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet lending platforms.Connor joined M&T Realty Capital Corporation in July 2019 and has held multiple roles across underwriting and production. He began his career as an Underwriting Analyst, supporting the firm’s Freddie Mac and FHA platforms. In January 2021, he transitioned to a Production Analyst role focused on initial loan sizing and transaction screening for deals sourced through M&T’s strategic alliance with Marcus & Millichap. In August 2021, Connor moved into a Production Analyst role on the Affordable Housing platform, where he supported loan sizing and execution for transactions involving regulatory agreements, HAP contracts, and tax exemptions.
