Throughout my journey, I\'ve worked alongside Fortune 100 and 500 companies spanning various markets including Industrial Products, Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Media, Entertainment, and Consumer Products. This exposure has not only broadened my expertise but also helped me gain a deep understanding of the unique challenges these markets face, enabling me to deliver tailored solutions. I take pride in being a key driver behind the success of IBM\'s SAP engagements. By leveraging the agile methodology, I\'ve launched five large-scale S/4 HANA programs, serving as their trusted advisor throughout each implementation. Through agile principles and practices, I\'ve guided teams to embrace an iterative and collaborative approach, resulting in increased efficiency, higher product quality and greater business satisfaction. But at the heart of my professional journey is a genuine care for making a difference in people\'s work lives. I\'m driven by a desire to help others find meaning behind their work – fostering an environment where individuals can thrive and actively empower teams to exceed their potential. Beyond my professional background, I am proud to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business.
