I am using my experience in various Operations roles across Marketing, Compliance and Global Ops to define and deliver a multi-year strategy to make our end to end customer experience best in class. This means a seamless and easy experience to get the personal lending product a customer wants when their financial journey needs it. Previously I supported Western Union\'s Global Operation organization leading a team that delivered detailed analytics, set the culture for customer experience, ensured high quality of service and implemented robotics process automation. I love taking on the new challenge, breaking down problems and coaching my teams.
