In this time we all can use a little help, and rather than shying away I\'ve decided to leverage some of my background to help folks who truly need it. It\'s a scary time for leaders who\'ve been historically othered, demeaned, and are now being attacked just for who they are. I\'d love to help if I can. Riverland Strategies is a consultancy to help improve organizations, teams, and initiatives, meeting leaders where they are and helping guide them to where they\'d like to go. We work exclusively with nonprofits and companies that are owned or led by women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabled leaders.A large portion of this work will be pro bono, but when folks are able to pay we\'ll have an a-la-carte system with fees much below market average. Strategy development, grant-seeking, org development, network strategy, individual job searches, and program design/evaluation will be the core pillars of our work. If you know a leader or organization who matches the above descriptions and they\'re curious about support, even if they don\'t have the budget, please have them say hi.
