I take ownership of creating purchase orders to specification and work directly with suppliers to maintain strong communication on deliveries, schedule adjustments, and performance. I proactively keep management informed on progress, developments, and any potential risks to delivery schedules.I play a key role in optimizing part inventory levels through data-driven analysis and process improvement initiatives. I consistently look for ways to streamline workflows and strengthen supply chain performance by identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
