About Connor Wright
Currently I am an Asset Wealth Management Assurance Manager at PwC. I was formerly in assurance in Health Industries at PwC as well. I previously obtained an undergraduate and graduate degree in Accounting from Binghamton University. In addition, I am currently a co-host of the Designated Players Podcast, which is a MLS/Soccer podcast I started with a friend. Formerly a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Accounting Information Systems. Some experience with MS Office, SAP, Tableau, and Alteryx. Relating to the experience, attached is a document that was performed and modified in order to set up an SAP assignment for the Teaching Assistant course. Love learning about new technologies and ways in which the workplace can become more efficient. As mentioned above, I am a part of a podcast called the Designated Players Podcast. It’s a soccer podcast focused on MLS and the USMNT. I’ve gotten the chance to learn how to edit audio as well as interview current players, former players, and many other amazing people.Previous Job Experience- External Audit Intern at PwC: Involved in multiple teams by participating in walkthroughs, analyzed company data for evidence collection, and created Tableau and Alteryx files for the teams- Internal Audit Intern at Suffolk County Water Authority: Performed audits on different departments within the company, and assisted in collection and marking of company documents to be used in the external audit.Previous Leadership Experience- Secretary of Binghamton University Club Tennis: Communicated updates about the club and events to the members, and managed the listserv of the club- Vice President of Binghamton University Club Tennis: Creating and Managing club events with other schools and with the USTA, as well as cooperated with the club sports director on how to correctly lead the club.
