Active directory, network policies and GPO usage. Network management, VLAN & VPN, WAN, LAN setups. Software and hardware troubleshooting, for both small startup and enterprise grade IT. Hyper-V and ESXi knowledge and many more.I always ensure to have customer satisfaction leading my smile, and that comes with public trust. In order for a system admin, or system engineer to do their job to an extent that exceeds expectations, you have to be able to talk to a wide-range of individuals and have them understand the work you are and will be doing.
