ABOUT CONNOR WEATHERBY
I\'m an outgoing, observant, technical & helpful person! My professional civil engineering career has started in the transportation side with working for the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) as a Construction Inspector (Project Engineer) at the stadium project office in Kansas City, MO for 4.5 years. Then at the start of 2023, I transferred over to the Design department (KC District Office in Lee\'s Summit) at MoDOT as a Senior Highway Designer in Taylor Hill’s TPD group. From taking ownership of a project to being a supportive team member, I constantly strive to be a well known civil engineer in my field by learning everyday. I’ve picked up professionalism values along the way but so far, the challenges here at MoDOT haven\'t been too difficult and let’s hope new ones come along the way!
