About Connor Skelly

My professional journey began in a San Francisco classroom as a TFA corps member, where I learned lessons about leadership, relationships, and the power of high expectations. My 7th grade students worked their butts off and gained over three years of math growth in just one year. One of my former students\' families now owns the construction company I help lead—a full-circle connection that shows the power of deep relationships. At Bridgespan, I did strategic planning for leading philanthropies and nonprofits, including Google.org, Ballmer Group, YWCA, and College Possible. This experience shaped my approach to growing organizations, combining data-driven strategy with a deep commitment to mission and community impact. I love people. I\'m always eager to connect with leaders working to make the world a better place, whether through business, government, or the social sector. I serve on various boards and welcome conversations about new opportunities to create impact.

As one of the only Latino-owned high-end general contractors in the Bay Area, we\'re committed to excellence in construction while creating pathways for other Latino entrepreneurs to build generational wealth.
