About Connor Roane

During my time with Bottle Rocket, I hopped from project to project, implementing features and squashing bugs while working with a variety of technologies. I can work autonomously and collaborate with fellow developers when needed. I have robust experience working with React, Redux, Typescript, Tailwind, DaisyUI, NextJS, Styled Components, and, of course, Javascript.This experience includes writing custom hooks, creating redux stores, creating contexts, working with various component libraries, and building forms complete with validation and, at times, autocomplete. Additionally, I have written a number of animations using CSS and styled components. To meet client needs, developers at Bottle Rocket are regularly asked to work with new technologies and we are often asked to share our experiences with the team. I work diligently to ensure code is reusable and concise. I often find myself working in completely new codebases and have learned to quickly recognize code patterns and conventions to understand project architecture. This enables me to quickly contribute by writing new features, fixing bugs, or simply reviewing pull requests.
