About Connor Ratycz

I\'m a Cleveland-based innovation strategist, human-centered designer, and behavioral researcher with a concentration in product innovation and customer strategy. I specialize in understanding and translating end-user needs into actionable business insights to inform the design of new products/business offerings. For nearly a decade, I\'ve collaborated with client leaders to tackle complex challenges in healthcare, financial services, consumer packaged goods, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and quick service restaurants, as well as federal and state governments. In my past roles at Doblin, Deloitte\'s innovation practice, I was responsible for conducting research, developing product and customer experience strategies, and leading multidisciplinary teams of researchers, strategists, designers, and technologists. As a curious researcher who is driven to understand & explore the human condition, I prefer to work at the intersection of innovation & product design. I believe that design requires a deep understanding of the user\'s perspective- their broader contexts, goals, and aspirations, as well as their needs. I\'m seeking opportunities to help organizations shape their future strategies and create better-designed solutions for their end users.
