ABOUT CONNOR MIASKIEWICZ
I’m a Biosystems Engineering student at Clemson University, focused on sustainability and project leadership. My goal is to work in a role that provides sustainable infrastructure and development for communities, eventually working my way into a position where I can manage these projects. As a Water and Wastewater Process Mechanical Engineering Intern at Garver, I’ve been part of over 10 design projects, contributing to hydraulic calculations, facility layouts, and ensuring project success through teamwork and inter-disciplinary collaboration. In my role as Project Management Director for Clemson Engineers for Developing Communities, I oversee all projects within the organization, guiding teams to meet their goals. I’m responsible for training the leaders who, in turn, train and mentor our project managers, ensuring they’re equipped with the tools and skills they need to succeed. It’s a role that combines strategy, leadership, and technical expertise to drive the growth of students who develop impactful, sustainable solutions for the communities we serve.Key Skills:Project Management & LeadershipHydraulic Calculations & Facility LayoutsTraining & Mentorship of Project LeadersLife Cycle AssessmentData Analysis & GIS MappingMS Office Suite, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SuperPro
