It has been my great pleasure over the years to see Fexa (formerly Facilities Exchange) grow from a small startup to the size it is today. I\'m extremely proud of the role I have played (and continue to play) in that growth, and look forwaed to seeing it continue!I\'ve come to hold the belief that an abundance of either hard or soft skills will never make up for a total lack of the other. As such, it has been my goal to continually improve my capabilities in both regards. Having the opportunity to act as the executive leader of an engineering department has given (and continues to give) me ample room to grow each.Of course, you know what they say about all work and no play. When I\'m not wearing my SaaS hat, I am likely putting time toward ConnorMcKee.art, where I sell products featuring my original art or commissions.

   At Fexa, I am responsible for leading a department that grows and maintains our eponymous CMMS and its suite of related products. I am privileged to have the opportunity to lead an incredibly talented group of individuals across multiple teams, as well as to be a member of a motivated and purpose-driven executive leadership team. I oversee the development of B2B SaaS products using technologies including - but not limited to - Ruby On Rails, PostgreSQL, and various Javascript frameworks.
