I work with organisations across construction and manufacturing to better understand and manage their ESG and sustainability data.In a lot of the conversations I’m having, the challenge isn’t a lack of intent — it’s the reality of pulling data together across projects, suppliers and systems.Spreadsheets, disconnected processes, and last-minute reporting are still very common.At SustainIQ, we help teams bring that data into one place, making it easier to capture, monitor and report on ESG performance in a structured and consistent way.I’m still relatively new to the ESG space and currently spending a lot of time speaking with people across the industry to understand how organisations are approaching things in practice.If you\'re working in sustainability, operations, or bid management, always happy to connect and share insights.
