   Established a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on poverty alleviation for the refugee community through gender equality and livelihood support. • Led all aspects of institutional programming, from proposal to closeout, overseeing a team of personnel, volunteers, and community partners to achieve program goals.• In FY 2022, I achieved a 240% increase in program portfolio growth by securing resource partnerships with esteemed stakeholders including Citi Bank, Bombas, Fidelity Charitable, Imperfect Foods, and Chicago Public Schools, totaling over in value.• Developed and implemented a forward-thinking people strategy, identifying and recruiting senior institutional leadership and fostering an inclusive and innovative organizational culture.• Pioneered innovative and responsible systems and processes to streamline and automate personnel recruitment and volunteer retention. I designed, constructed, tested, and implemented a digital management structure to better handle the influx of volunteers. This has resulted in a 3,650% growth in our volunteer base from 40 individuals to more than 1500. • Served as the Principal Investigator (PI) for research projects investigating socioeconomic inequities in the Chicagoland refugee community, utilizing mixed methods approaches.• Led an eight-person team in conducting surveys, focus groups, literature reviews, and market analysis to explore refugee gender inequity and access to childcare as a means of improving socioeconomic conditions. These efforts resulted in a comprehensive white paper proposing the establishment of a pioneering refugee-centric childcare unit in the region.• Managed the design, deployment, and strategic response strategies for digital assets within the organization\'s communication portfolio, effectively combating sector misinformation.
