Experienced refrigeration engineer, service manager & most recently technical manager, specialising in transport refrigeration engineering.Having previously worked in a variety of retail & hospitality customer facing roles, which allowed me to grow my communication and customer service skills. I decided to return to my childhood roots,being brought up within a family run refrigeration service I have been on site watching and learning the industry as long as I can remember, continuing this along side my passion for mechanical & automotive repair & restoration, I became an independent engineer supporting our mobile service team for a number of years, until I moved into the service management desk in 2017. I feel with my existing knowledge and passion for success, I have been able to modernise our operation and take a strong focus on both customer and engineer feed back to make further improvements to companies efficient operation, and ensure both customer and employee satisfaction, is always maintained. I have a strong and constantly growing passion for mechanical & automotive engineering and restoration, when I\'m not in the office assisting our customers with smooth cooling plant and fleet operation, you can find me fixing my own mechanical projects such as classic cars and vintage machinery.
