I am an industrial development project manager that manages the entire development process for various industrial projects, from land acquisition and due diligence, to entitlements and permitting, to design and construction, to assisting with leasing and disposition. With over six years of exclusive focus on the industrial product type, I have gained extensive experience and expertise in entitlement, permitting, management of the design process, and delivering thoughtfully-planned industrial projects that fit the ever-changing needs of our tenant partners. I have successfully managed and completed multiple speculative warehouses, tenant improvement finish-outs, and build-to-suit projects for clients such as Amazon, Lowe\'s, Target, Best Buy, Ariat, and Helen of Troy. I have experience with public infrastructure improvements, franchise utility extensions, and public bidding processes. I am passionate about learning and improving in the fields of development, entitlement, construction and real estate, and I value the relationships and partnerships I have developed with industry professionals across the US.
