Been in the heating industry for a little over 9 years, starting my apprenticeship at a local firm installing bathrooms, boilers/heating systems and learning on the job, followed on to Miller Freeman LTD, supervising commercial sites, installing on a commercial level as well as still dealing with domestic installs and responsive maintenance jobs.Awarded apprentice of the year by JTL, where I did my level 2 & 3 NVQ, also awarded apprentice of the month by “Heating installer awards” in October 2018. Done numerous charity installs for communities up and down England in the past, fighting fuel poverty by offering free labour to people in need.Gained basic customer service and telesales experience at a outbound call centre where I worked for around 3 years along side my apprenticeship on the weekends and nights which has helped me progress in future roles with good communication, marketing and IT skills.
