This led to a 2.5x growth in DIY sales volume, MistAmerica\'s most profitable type of sale, with total volume exceeding $1M in FY2020 and $1.2M in FY2021.• Improved the efficiency of MistAmerica\'s sales operations by installing and implementing the company\'s first ever usage of customer relationship management software. This resulted in a far more efficient sales funnel that encouraged following up on leads and removed previous complications stemming from questions over lead ownership and lead distribution strategy. It has also resulted in 100% of sales staff hitting year-end sales benchmarks since it was implemented.
