Currently finished my level 2 Apprenticeship in Engineering Operations and working towards a Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Maintenance - Working on reactive breakdowns- BG01 Qualified (guidance of safe operation on boilers)- First Aid Qualified- IOSHH Qualified - PPMs (Planned preventative maintenance)- E1 and E2 (Electrical part 1 and part 2) IPS Course- Looking after the Boiler water treatment process and making sure the dosing is correct- Work orders on a daily basis - Working on Projects to improve as a whole- mechanical and electrical maintenance of Laundry systems such as Press machines, tunnel washers, gas Dryers, Feeders/Folders, industrial Ironers, Conveyors, washing machines and looking after the building as a whole - Maintaining other plant equipment such as water softeners, blowdown vessel, chemical pumps and air compressors- Working on the process of recycled water systems within the factory - Working on Electrical systems such as 3 phase and single phase systems dealing with the lighting, fault finding on PLCs when and Control circuits - Working on Mechanical systems such as Motors, shafts, drive system and bearings - Working on Pneumatics such as valves and actuators- Working with steam lines- Dealing with ordering parts from suppliers- Dealing with Contractors and assist them when need be
