This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations within the organization to ensure the development and optimization of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the company. This role is inclusive of developing standard operating procedures for workflows, implementing profitability tracking, and assisting the team in understanding the profitability and resource management of individual accounts to predict the upcoming business trends and needs. This role also supports and leads on creative direction, holistic marketing strategies, and digital marketing for clients.
