We partner with developers, EPCs, general contractors (GCs), enterprise IT/corporate real estate/facilities executives on projects.Own executive and other stakeholder level relationships for projects ranging from $500K-$99M in each of the following areas:(1) Low Voltage & IT: structured cabling, card access, CCTV, audio/visual systems, wi-fi systems, DAS-BDA-cellular, automated shades & lighting controls, water detection, sound masking, digital signage & video walls(2) Renewable Energy Services (Rooftop and Ground-Mount Solar, Solar Carports, BESS, Microgrids, EV charging depots and infrastructure)(3) Manufactured Products & Switchgear Sales: Power Design\'s OEM business entity, LFG Manufacturing, can provide switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, busway, transformers, generators, and more with lead times averaging half of the industry standard.(4) Lighting (Power Design Resources): we have the ability to furnish fixtures & lighting controls as a standalone supplier, through our network of 1,100 manufacturers and 250K sqft warehouse for coordination, QC, and prefab/kitting.(5) Special Operations (T&M rapid response, staff augmentation for the skilled trades, M, E, P, and Low Voltage Systems)
