Drive the initiation, management and closure of change initiatives. Provide timely technical and project management support to manufacturing operations and change initiatives. • Lead the initiation, management and closure of change initiatives. Including socialization of changes, navigation of the change management process, as well as being responsible for schedule adherence related to change completion. This also includes providing requirements in the form of functional specifications, user requirements, or other documentation required (such as SOP or Forms). • Changes could be related to CAPA, improvements, process, OPEX, or safety. Able to process technical knowledge and integrate work with that of other functions and with strategic objectives. • Regularly interact with area management, outside customers and functional peer groups across various departments. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc. Interfaces frequently with Manufacturing shifts to provide communication and training to personnel to ensure changes to process are well understood; this will help drive right first time (RFT) implementation of change and consistent approach to training creation. Participate and coordinate aspects of Changeover and Shutdown related activities.
