ABOUT CONNOR FAVERO
I am a Political Science student at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a strong interest in law, public service, and leadership. I plan to attend law school after completing my undergraduate degree and am particularly interested in exploring the intersection of law, advocacy, and sports.Professionally, I currently work as a Casualty and Property Insurance Agent with Farmer’s Insurance, where I specialize in sales, marketing, and client communication. In this role, I translate complex policy information into clear, accessible guidance for clients, strengthening my ability to communicate effectively and build trust. I also serve as a Gameday Sports Marketing Intern with UCLA Athletics, where I assist with event production, sponsorship coordination, and promotional execution for major athletic events. This fast-paced environment has strengthened my teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills. On campus, I am deeply involved in leadership and pre-law organizations. I serve as Presidential Intern and Co-Director of Media Marketing for the Latinx Pre-Law Association at UCLA, where I help coordinate programming, manage outreach efforts, and support executive leadership initiatives. I am also involved in the Sports Law Association and previously served as Events Outreach Coordinator for the Pre-Law Litigation Club. Additionally, through the Student Alumni Association, I help organize alumni engagement and school spirit events that strengthen the UCLA community. My leadership experience began in high school, where I served as Director of Public Affairs for ASB/Student Government and graduated in the Top 10 of my class. I have also coached youth soccer and spearheaded large-scale appreciation initiatives such as “Impact Week,” a campus-wide recognition program.Across all of my experiences, I am driven by strong communication, public speaking, and organizational skills. I am passionate about serving my community, building meaningful professional relationships, and continuing to grow within the legal field.
