My name is Connor Ennis (he/him), and I am a second year student at Duke University, studying Public Policy, Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and Environmental Science & Policy. I recognize the challenges that issues like the energy transition, environmental justice, legislative gridlock, and political polarization pose to our nation and to the world. I intend to rise and meet those challenges, leveraging every skill I have gained in 20 years of living and learning. Public service calls me as the ideal avenue to pursue this path. I would love nothing more than to serve the interests of my local community and state, perhaps in elected office some day.
