I graduated from The University of North Carolina Wilmington in December of 2021 and I began my professional career with a Business Development Group internship at nCino. In this role, I was responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients, as well as maintaining accurate records within our salesforce database through effective communication with various departments.Following the successful completion of my internship, I was offered and accepted a position as an Associate Support Engineer at nCino, where I have been able to utilize my strong communication skills to provide exceptional support to our customers through various channels. As a support engineer, I have also gained expertise in the nCino Bank Operating System and have been able to assist customers in configuring our platform to meet their specific needs. In addition, I have helped enable customers to utilize self-service capabilities through the nCino Community, and have consistently demonstrated my ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. By applying Knowledge-Centered Service methodology to my work, I have been able to continuously improve and streamline our support processes for the benefit of our customers. I have also had the opportunity to analyze customer business processes and work with multiple departments to identify and implement effective solutions. I am committed to continuously developing my skills and making a positive impact in my role at nCino.
